Ingredients
- 2 cups seeds e.g. pumpkin, sunflower, golden flax, sesame etc
- 2 tblsp chia seeds
- 4 tblsp psyllium husk
- 1 tblspn honey/Stevie
- 3 tblsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1½ cup water
Steps
- Mix seeds & salt
- Mix water, honey/Stevia & oil together & add to seed mix & let sit for 30 mins until most water absorbed
- Pre-heat oven to 175 Celsius
- Spread out on parchment lined baking sheet with offset spatula or place parchment paper on top & use rolling pin to spread out
- Lightly score into desired cracker shapes (pizza cutter great)
- Check in 20 mins flip sheet of crackers onto parchment sheet & bake further 30 mins, if still soft in middle leave for additional 5 mins until crisp
