Seed Crackers
Gluten & Grain free
Ingredients
  • 2 cups seeds e.g. pumpkin, sunflower, golden flax, sesame etc
  •  
  • 2 tblsp chia seeds
  •  
  • 4 tblsp psyllium husk
  •  
  • 1 tblspn honey/Stevie
  •  
  • 3 tblsp coconut oil
  •  
  • 1 tsp salt
  •  
  • 1½ cup water
Steps
  1. Mix seeds & salt
  2. Mix water, honey/Stevia & oil together & add to seed mix & let sit for 30 mins until most water absorbed
  3. Pre-heat oven to 175 Celsius
  4. Spread out on parchment lined baking sheet with offset spatula or place parchment paper on top & use rolling pin to spread out
  5. Lightly score into desired cracker shapes (pizza cutter great)
  6. Check in 20 mins flip sheet of crackers onto parchment sheet & bake further 30 mins, if still soft in middle leave for additional 5 mins until crisp
