⅓ cup maple syrup or other sweeteners (see notes)**

¼ cup peanut butter or other nut/seed butter

2 tablespoons oat flour use certified gluten-free ones if needed

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup chocolate chips ( optional, or sub for cacao nibs )
