I'm a full-time working Mom of 3 boys. Cooking for me is something I enjoy but, with picky eaters, it's sometimes stressful. I like to try new recipes several times a month and am on a weight loss journey, so this seems like the perfect place and app for me to use to help organize my recipes.

1 heaping cup cooked chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces

⅓ cup chopped pecans (I like them toasted)

¾ cup green grapes sliced in half

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tsp. apple cider vinegar

2 tsp. honey

1 tsp. poppy seeds

salt and pepper to taste
