Roasted Cabbage with Lime and Sriracha
Ingredients
  • 1 medium-sized head of firm cabbage
  • 2 T neutral-flavored oil (I used Avocado Oil.)
  • 2 T fresh squeezed lime juice (or slightly more if you really like lime)
  • 2 tsp. Sriracha Sauce (more or less to taste)
  • ½ tsp. Vege-Sal (or slightly smaller amount of regular salt)
  • 2 tsp. sesame seeds (I used black sesame seeds, but any type will work, or skip if you don't have them.)
