  • ⅓ cup canned coconut milk
  • ⅓ cup smooth peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 oz (¼ cup) chopped peanuts
