  • 1¼ cups chicken broth or water
  • 1½ cups broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
  • 1½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar or other melting cheese), divided
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • kosher salt, to taste
