Cinnamon Apple Sandwiches
Ingredients
  • 1 apple, cored and sliced into 6 rounds
  • 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 drop Cinnamon Bark essential oil
  • 1 tablespoon rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon raisins, optional
Steps
  1. Mix together peanut butter, honey, and Cinnamon Bark essential oil in a small bowl.
  2. Lay out the apple rounds, and spread a third of the peanut butter mixture on 3 of the apple rounds.
  3. Sprinkle with oats and raisins (if using).
  4. Sandwich the filling with remaining apple slices and serve!
