1.5 lbs beef steak (I used thin round steak and cut it into strips)

1 green bell pepper cut into thick slices

1 red capsicum, cut into thick slices

½ onion cut into thick slices

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

1 ½ cups beef broth

¼ teaspoon of ground ginger

3 tablespoons of soy sauce

¼ teaspoon black pepper

2 teaspoons of brown sugar

1 tablespoon of cornstarch
