  • 2 slices sliced bread good quality (if not paleo)
  • 1 clove garlic halved lengthways (if not paleo)
  • 2 tomatoes thickly sliced, seasoned with salt & pepper
  • 4 eggs fresh and at room temperature
  • subheading: Avocado Smash:
  • 1 avocado ripe, cut in half, seed removed
  • 1 tsp salt, ground sea
  • 1 tsp black pepper, ground
  • 2 ozs goat's milk feta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp LSA crushed linseed (flaxseed), sunflower seeds and almonds, optional*
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice or lime juice
