  • 32 poultry breakfast sausages, precooked (I use frozen, about 2-inches long)*
  • 2 cups whole-wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Mustard, optional for spreading inside and dipping
  • OPTIONAL TOPPINGS: Coarse salt, sesame seeds, Everything But Bagel seasoning
