Instant Pot Asparagus
Ingredients
  • Asparagus
  • olive oil
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 T butter
  • 1 tsp corn starch
Steps
  1. Sauté 8 cloves garlic in a little olive oil.
  2. Squeeze in juice of one lemon.
  3. Add about ¼ cup hot water.
  4. Add asparagus.
  5. Cook on Manual/Low pressure 2 minutes, QR.
  6. Remove asparagus.
  7. Saute till some liquid gone,
  8. Add 1Tbsp butter and tsp corn starch.....
  9. Stir til thick, pour over asparagus.
