  • 1 CUP LIGHTLY PACKED FRESH MINT, CHOPPED
  • 1 TABLESPOON GROUND CUMIN
  • 1 TEASPOON DRIED OREGANO
  • 1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
  • ½ TEASPOON RED PEPPER FLAKES
  • KOSHER SALT AND GROUND BLACK PEPPER
  • 4 SCALLIONS, FINELY CHOPPED
  • 2 LARGE EGG YOLKS
  • ½ CUP GRAPESEED OR OTHER NEUTRAL OIL
