Use Kala Chana, the darker chickpeas, found at Asian market. Really creamy, less gritty & great for desserts. Soak overnight & then cook in instapot. This recipe comes out looking almost like a brownie & delish!

It firms up as it sits. It’s a bit softer to resemble a combo of cookie dough & the melted part of a choc chip cookie.
Ingredients
  • 1 - 15 oz can chickpeas include the liquid (425 g)
  • ¼ cup of prepared peanut butter or any nut/seed butter (60 g)
  • 3 large, pitted dates
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  •  
  • Dark Chocolate Chips
