- 4 envelopes plain gelatin

- 2 teaspoons sweetened condensed milk (up to 4 tablespoons can be used to sweeten to taste)
- 3 bowls (one for each color)

- Liquid food coloring (regular green, regular yellow and neon purple for layers)
- 1 can (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Frosting Vanilla (for rims)
- Decorating sugars in purple, yellow and green (for rims)
