3 lg Granny Smith apples, peeled and cored and cubed in small pieces

1 c chopped pecans

subheading: GLAZE:

1 c powdered sugar

1 tsp orange zest

1 dash orange extract (optional)

1 Tbsp milk (depending on how thick you want your glaze)
