Best Tortillas De Maiz (Corn Tortillas) Gluten Free
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups Maseca flour
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 and ¼ cups warm water (APPROX more or less)
  • Knead very well until it looks like playdough
  • Cover bowl with saran wrap and let sit for 30 minutes or more
  • Make little balls (egg size)
  • Press 1 at a time in tortilla press
  • Cook medium high for ½ minute
  • Flip and cook 1 and ½ minutes, press lightly till it bubbles up
  • Let it cook for ½ minute and remove
