Gwen's Thin Mint Chocolate Chip Milkshake (S)
Ingredients
  • ½ cup cottage cheese (2% Daisy is Gwen's favorite)
  • 1 ½ cups ice cubes (or 2 cups if you like it really thick)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp heavy cream (check notes for variations)
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp peppermint extract (or 1 to 2 drops food grade peppermint essential oil)
  • 1 Tbsp TH Super Sweet Blend ( or 2 to 3 doonks THM pure stevia extract powder)
  • ⅛ tsp TH Glucomannan ("gluccie") (or xanthan gum)
  • small handful fresh spinach (optional, for color)
  • ½ oz 85% dark chocolate (or Skinny Chocolate)
