Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ⅔ cup pureed lychee
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon key lime juice
Steps
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter In a medium pot over medium heat
- Combine the pureed lychee, granulated sugar, lime juice and eggs
- Whisk until combined and it comes to a low simmer
- Remove from the heat
- add in the butter
- Whisk until the butter is melted
- Refrigerate immediately
