Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients

  • ¾ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ¾ cup pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 TB lime juice
  • ½ c grated mozzarella or cheddar
