I Am Whole Chicken Artichoke Pizza
Ingredients
  • 1 Sprouted Grain or Gluten Free Tortilla
  • 3 oz. (85g) Cooked Chicken
  • ½ c. (75g) Artichoke Hearts
  • ⅛ c. (15g) Kalamata Olives
  • ⅛ c. (15g) Feta Cheese
  • 1 tbsp. Plain Greek Yogurt (Full Fat Recommended) With Oregano, Chili Powder or whatever sounds good.
  • subheading: Dressing:
  • 2 tbsp. Coconut Oil, can be reduced to 1 tbsp. if you prefer
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • ½ c. (120ml) Water
  • 1 c. (240g) Plain Greek Yogurt (Full Fat Recommended)
  • ½ c. - 1 c. (50 to 100g) Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ tsp. Sea Salt
  • ¼ tsp. Coarse Black Pepper
