Pumpkin Spice Latte Chip Blizzard Thm-Fuel-Pull
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup cottage cheese (I use 2% Daisy)
  • ¼ cup pasteurized egg whites* (I use Kirkland or Member’s Mark brand)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (or use the “milk” for prepared gelatin - see above)
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling!)
  • 2 to 3 TBS sweetener*, to taste (I use Lakanto Golden)
  • 1 TBS whey protein isolate, or more
  • 4 to 8 drops liquid stevia to taste, optional
  • Splash of sugar-free maple syrup, optional but yummy!
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, or to taste
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp butter extract or caramel extract
  • ½ tsp glucomannan
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 6 to 12 oz frozen coffee (I use homemade cold brewed coffee that I freeze in ice cube tray) or 2 to 4 tsp Trader Joe’s Instant Cold Brew (see above), optional
  • Ice to preferred thickness
  • 22 Lily’s chocolate chips or 7 grams of my homemade chocolate chunks
