  • 1 stalk finely chopped lemongrass (optional)
  • 10 kaffir lime leaves, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
