Raw Vegan Tacos

Transitioning from 80% raw food to Whole Food Plant Based diet (WFPB) ***Cooking without oil and adapting my recipes accordingly***

¼ cup nutritional yeast

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp chili powder

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp coriander

¼ tsp paprika

1 Tbsp tamari

1 Tbsp maple syrup

1 Tbsp fresh lime juice

subheading: Cashew Sour Cream:

1 cup cashews Soak if you don’t have a Vitamix. Drain water and use new water.

1 cup water

juice of ½ lime

1 pinch of salt
