Korean Radish Wraps (Mu Ssam Mari)
Ingredients
  • 1 package of picked radish (about 20 in each package)
  • 3 sticks of imitation crab meat
  • 1 cucumber
  • ⅓ red pepper
  • ⅓ yellow pepper
  • Optional: ½ carrots - ran out of time to add in
  • subheading: Hot Mustard Peanut Sauce:
  • 1 and ¼ Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • ½ Tbsp Korean hot mustard (gyu ja) - or to taste depending on how spicy or mild you want the sauce
  • dash of pepper
  • a pinch of sesame seeds
  • subheading: Garlic Soy Sauce Dip:
  • ½ Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp mirin (rice cooking wine)
  • ½ tsp honey
  • 1 tsp Korean hot mustard - or to taste , i usually like some more

  • Other great options: 3 eggs mixed in a bowl and cooked thinly on a fry pan cut into slices, strips of a chicken breast, strips of beef (about ⅔ cup), spring onions, slices of onions and whatever may be in your fridge!
