Boneless Chicken Thigh

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs (boneless and skinless)

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper (or more to taste)
  • ½ cup green onions, cut into thin rounds (optional)
  • ½ cup Italian parsley, finely chopped (optional)
