Barbecued Meatballs
Ingredients
  • 3 cups dry bread crushed
  • 1½ milk
  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 tablespoons vinegar
  • 16 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 cups ketchup
  • 4 onions finely diced
  • 4 cups diced celery
Steps
  1. Wet the bread with the milk, mix well, add the meat, salt and pepper. Roll the meatballs and roast. Cook the meat balls at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  2. Make the sauce using the last 6 ingredients. Boil for 10 to 15 minutes covered.
  3. Combine the sauce and meatballs
