  • 3 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup Bragg’s Liquid Aminos, low sodium soy sauce, or tamari
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast flake
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp.  Dried Rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp. Maple syrup
  • 2 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 2- 2 ½ tsp. Dried sage
  • 1 tsp. Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp Liquid smoke
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • ½ Cup of Cooked Rice (optional if you don’t use rice add ½ cup of quick oats)
