  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder (optional but greatly enhances texture - what is psyllium husk?)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 183.75 g plain yogurt (see recipe notes for dairy-free substitution)
  • 183 g milk (or non-dairy milk)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 56 g canola oil
  • 84.75 g honey
  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats (use certified gluten free oats)
