Ingredients
- 2 cup full-fat coconut milk or heavy cream
- 1 T powdered gelatin
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ cup Swerve XXX
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 t vanilla
- ⅛ t fine sea salt
Steps
- Sift gelatin over ¼ cup of milk/cream in medium bowl and let soften
- Heat remaining 1¾ cups of milk/cream in microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute
- Whisk the sweetener & cocoa into the cool mix, stir until combined
- Pour hot mixture into gelatin mix while stirring constantly.
- Add vanilla & slat
- Pour into 4 oz serving cups
- Cool in fridge for 1 hour
- Store extra in airtight container with plastic wrap in fridge for up to 4 days or freezer for 1 month
