Ingredients
  • 4 cups bread or all purpose flour
  • ¾ c sugar
  • 2 pks of rapid yeast
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • Mix dry indredients
  • 2 cups lukewarm milk
  • ½ stick melted butter
  • Mix wet ingredients
  • Add to dry ingredients in kitchen aid with dough hook
  • Add flour if too sticky, water if too dry
  • Oil hands make ball put in warm place to rise about double
  • Make rolls then cover and rise again
  • Bake 375 for 25 to 30 min
