Ingredients
  • ½ to 1 head cabbage, thinly sliced

  • Assorted leftover vegetables that need to be used up (cauliflower, broccoli, extra onion...basically any non-starchy vegetable, just adjust the cooking time)
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • ½ tsp. Truvia
  • 1 tsp. chicken base (chicken bullion)
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. ginger
  • ½ tsp. chili powder
  • ¼ tsp. ground mustard
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ tsp. gluccomanan
  • 2.5 pound bag of chicken tenders, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 T Worcestorshire sauce
  • 2 T teriyaki sauce
  • Small handful (¼ to ½ cup) peanuts
  • 4 oz. fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • Optional: additional ¼ cup of water and ¼ tsp. glucomannan
