Ingredients

  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces uncooked Mexican pork chorizo (ground, no additives for Whole30)
  • ½ cup chopped white onion
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
