Gordon Ramsay’s Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
  • 500g Brussels sprouts, bases trimmed, outer leaves removed and halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 25g butter
  • 100g bacon (or pancetta), cut into lardons
  • 100g cooked chestnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
