Ingredients
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 2 teaspoons mild miso paste
  • juice of ½ a lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Hot water
Steps
  1. Whisk with a splash of very hot water to the texture you want. Add lots of black pepper.
  2. Keeps well, just whisk in a little more hot water if it gets too thick the fridge.
