Lentil, Bean, and turkey chili
Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Garlic (clove, minced)
  • 1 Yellow Onion (chopped)
  • 12 ozs Extra Lean Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup Lentils (cooked)
  • 1 cup Red Kidney Beans (cooked)
  • 4 cups Diced Tomatoes (from the can, with the juices)
  • 1 ½ cups Vegetable Broth, Low Sodium
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsps Cumin
  • ⅓ cup Liberte Greek Yogurt, 5% (about 2 tbsp per serving)
  • 1 Avocado (⅓ of an avocado per serving)
