  • 2 Tablespoons Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 Tablespoons Vegetable or Canola Oil
  • 2 Bell Peppers any color, stemmed, seeded, and thinly sliced
  • 1 Onion halved and thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger minced
  • 2 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • Mashed Potatoes for serving
