Barley Lentil Pepper Soup
Ingredients
  • ½ onion diced
  • ¼c red bell pepper small dice
  • 2 small stalk Celery finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3T brown lentils- rinsed
  • ½c barley- rinsed
  • ½T vegan Worcestershire
  • ½t Italian Seasoning
  • ¼t Paprika
  • ⅓t Cumin
  • ½t salt
  • ½ pepper
  • 2t liquid smoke
  • ½t msg
  • 2 ½c Vegetable Stock
Steps
  1. on sautee cook onion, pepper, celery, garlic, and bay leaf. add remaining ingredients. cook 20 minutes high pressure quick release. add more broth to desired consistancy. But leftovers absorb remaining water
