Spicy Garlic Baby Back Ribs with Soy Ginger Bbq Sauce
Ingredients
  • 2 racks of ribs
  • subheading: Rub:
  • 4 tbl Paprika
  • 2 tbl Chinese Five Spice
  • 2 tbl Kosher Salt
  • 2 tbl Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbl Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • subheading: Sauce:
  • 1 c G. Hughes Maple Sugar Free BBQ Sauce
  • ¼ c Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbl Minced Ginger
  • 2 tbl Chili Garlic Paste
  • 4 Garlic Cloves Minced
Steps
  1. Mix ingredients over low heat.
  2. Smoked the ribs for 5 hours at 250°. Applied sauce 5 times during last 40 minutes.
