Braised Lamb Shanks with Caramelized Carrots

  • 1 cup Beef Bone Broth
  • 6 oz Tomato Paste
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Tallow
  • 4 Lamb Shanks, half shanks
