  • 8 oz gluten-free spaghetti or angel hair pasta
  • ½ cup sliced shallots

  • Sea salt (optional), to taste

  • ½ tbsp potato starch
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos (optional)
  • ⅓ cup cold Healing Broth or vegetable broth (without citric acid, yeast, or flavors)
