  • 1 ½ to 2 pounds cubed stew meat
  • 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup (I use 98% fat free)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 or 4 Tbsp of Worcestershire
  • ½ cup water
  • 8 oz cream cheese (I prefer ⅓ fat or fat free)
  • 1 tsp. of garlic salt
  • Dash of paprika
