Easy Fried Rice by Jennifer Silverstein
Ingredients
  • Pre cooked white or brown rice (I use the microwaveable packets from Trader Joe’s)
  • Frozen veggies (peas, broccoli, edamame, whatever you like)
  • Sesame oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce
  • Ginger powder and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds
