Vegan Blueberry Scones Better Than the Bakery'S!
Ingredients
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour - not gluten free flour
  • 1 tablespoon Corn Starch
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Caster Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 8 tablespoons Cold Vegan Butter (Unsalted) - cut in small cubes - I use earth balance buttery stick
  • ½ cup Soy Milk
  •  
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries - or frozen, don't thaw before use
