Curry Chicken Fingers
Ingredients
  • 3 to 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 Egg
  • 12 cup milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 Tsp curry powder
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • 3 Tbs butter or olive oil
Steps
  1. SLice chicken into fingers
  2. make egg wash with egg and milk- dip chicken into egg and then sprinkle with salt pepper onion garlic and curry
  3. Heat butter or oil in med skillet- cook chicken until done turning as needed
