Weight Watchers Healthy Pepper Soup

Ingredients
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 1# lean gr turkey
  • ¾ C chopped onion
  • 1 ½tsp minced garlic
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper cut in pieces
  • 1 14.5oz can diced tomatoes (I use 2 cans)
  • 1 15oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 15 oz can beef or chicken broth
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 C cooked brown rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
