- 1 tsp. Garlic powder
- Chopped fresh dill.
- A few sprinkles of lemon juice.
Steps
- Hi Gina!
- Here's some ideas off the top of my head. Take note of the cooking of the potatoes; that's how to make 'em tasty, and not mucky on the outside.
- Potatoes- (2 lbs.)
- Cut into approx. ¾” to 1” cubes. Put into pot and cover with cold water (about an inch over potatoes). Add tablespoon of salt to water, heat to a boil. Simmer until you can run through with a fork (about 10 minutes maybe).
- When cooked, drain water, and cover with cold water. Drain, and then cover with more cold water to cool.
- You can either peel skins, or leave ‘em. After 15 or 20 minutes, drain the water and then sprinkle a couple tablespoons of vinegar over potatoes. Continue to let cool. If in Alaska, just put outdoors! Ha!
- OK, I’m just imagining that I’m standing there making this, so keep getting ideas, and then I want to taste it, but I can’t! This here would prolly work out, however. Dooper dooper doooo!!!! syd
