Steps
  1. Hi Gina!
  2. Here's some ideas off the top of my head. Take note of the cooking of the potatoes; that's how to make 'em tasty, and not mucky on the outside.
  3. Potatoes-  (2 lbs.)
  4. Cut into approx. ¾” to 1” cubes. Put into pot and cover with cold water (about an inch over potatoes). Add tablespoon of salt to water, heat to a boil. Simmer until you can run through with a fork (about 10 minutes maybe).
  5. When cooked, drain water, and cover with cold water. Drain, and then cover with more cold water to cool.
  6. You can either peel skins, or leave ‘em. After 15 or 20 minutes, drain the water and then sprinkle a couple tablespoons of vinegar over potatoes. Continue to let cool. If in Alaska, just put outdoors! Ha!
  7. OK, I’m just imagining that I’m standing there making this, so keep getting ideas, and then I want to taste it, but I can’t! This here would prolly work out, however.  Dooper dooper doooo!!!!  syd
