  • 56 ounces (fluid) low sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 (11 ounce) can whole kernel corn (or 1 cup frozen) **OPTIONAL**
  • 2 cups no-salt-added beans (black, kidney, or pinto)
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
