  • 1 cup ( 200 g) granulated sugar or coconut sugar, divided
  • ½ cup ( 120 g) dairy free yogurt or unsweetened applesauce, room temperature
  • ¼ cup ( 60 g)  dairy free yogurt, room temperature
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder for dusting the dish towel

  • 1 batch vegan chocolate frosting
  • ¼ cup chocolate hazelnut spread, store bought or homemade
  • 2 to 3 tbsp dairy free milk
