WHITE CASTLE CASSEROLE

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  •  
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  •  
  • 2 eggs
  •  
  • ½ cup mayo
  •  
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  •  
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  •  
  • salt and pepper to taste
  •  
  • Toppings: dill pickle slices and mustard
  •  
Steps
  1. Brown the beef with half the onion soup mix; drain fat and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Stir in the remaining soup mix and put meat in a greased 9 to 10 inch pie plate.
  3. Stir in half the cheese, cream, salt and pepper together then pour evenly over meat.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
  5. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
