Korean Beef Bulgogi in the Instant Pot
Ingredients
  • 2 pounds Steak, thinly cut (see notes on cut of steak)
  • 1 small Pear, peeled and grated
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang paste
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 3 Green onions, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds, (optional) for garnish
